Dewatering
The Dewatering tile supports sump and pump monitoring across your site — tracking check history, pump assignments, and overdue alerts.
What you can monitor
- Sumps — active water collection points across pit or excavation areas
- Pumps — assigned to sumps, with status tracking (Running / Standby / Down)
- Water destinations — where discharge water is being directed
Logging a pump check
- Open the Dewatering tile from the portal
- View all sumps for your site — overdue checks are flagged in red
- Select a sump to open it
- Submit a pump check:
- Pump operating status
- Flow rate and water destination
- Notes (e.g. "pump cycling frequently")
- Submit — the check is timestamped and stored
Overdue alerts
Sumps that haven't been checked within the configured interval are flagged as overdue. The Dewatering tile shows a badge count for overdue checks. Email notifications can be sent to configured subscribers.
Viewing check history
Select any sump to view its full check history — timestamps, flow readings, pump status, water destinations, and notes.
